Privacy

What this site collects, per feature, and who gets it. Plain words, no small print.

Who runs this

This site, Voxmons Creators, is run by Osama Sadik (an individual, not a company). Contact for anything about your data: info@voxmons.com. It sits beside the Voxmons game and its own privacy policies at voxmons.com/legal.html and voxmons.com/steam-legal.html; this page does not reduce any protection those give you.

We are not affiliated with, and not endorsed by, X, Discord, Valve or Steam, Sky Mavis or Ronin.

Creator program: Sign in with X

You sign in with X so we know the account is yours. We read your X user id, handle, follower count, post count, account age and whether you have a profile photo, to check the entry rules. We do not keep your X access token, and we do not read your messages. Before we tie your X account to your creator code, to the game account prizes go to, or to a Discord or game link, we ask you to tick a consent box; we store the time you ticked it. Without it nothing is tied and nothing is stored beyond what you can delete.

When you submit a post we store the link, its id, its text (read from X or pasted by you), its public counts (views, likes, replies, reposts) for scoring, our scores and a moderator's notes. Public counts are used only to score that post. Likes, reposts or follows of our own posts earn nothing and are not tracked.

If you win we also keep the in-game name you give us and the game account id a moderator uses to send the prize, with the grant history.

The AI score: the text of your post and its link are sent to DeepSeek, which returns a score. Your name, handle and creator code are removed from the text first. Nothing else about you is sent.

Discord (optional)

If you link Discord we ask Discord for your user id and username only (the identify scope; no email, no server list). We keep the id, the username, the link time and whether you got the Creator role. We use the id to give you roles in our server and to reach you if you win. Support tickets store the ticket channel id, your Discord id, its state and times; the messages stay in Discord and are not copied here. You can unlink on your page at any time; unlinking removes the stored id and username.

Rewards and your game account

Spark and Regular rewards are sent to your game mail after a moderator approves your post, once you have linked your game account. You link it by signing in on Steam's own page (we receive only your SteamID64, never a password) or by signing a message with your wallet (it is not a transaction and we never ask for a recovery phrase or a private key). We keep that account id next to your creator account, plus a short record of each reward (which tier, which round, whether it was sent). Our game server receives the tier, the round and the account id, and nothing else. One game account can belong to one creator. You can unlink it on your page; deleting your data removes it and the reward records.

Linking your game account

On the link page you can connect your Discord account to your game account so you get roles in our server. Steam: you sign in on Valve's own page. Valve sends us your SteamID64 (the public number that identifies your Steam account) and nothing else; we never see or ask for your Steam password. Ronin: you sign a message with your wallet. It is not a transaction, costs nothing and cannot move anything. We keep the wallet address you signed with. We never ask for a recovery phrase or private key. Steam and Ronin links are kept apart and nothing earned on one carries to the other. For each link we keep the account id, the time, and which roles were given.

Who receives data

Railway, region sfo (United States): hosts this site and its database. X: you sign in there and we read public post data from it. Discord: sign-in, roles and tickets. DeepSeek: the post text for scoring, as above. Valve: only to sign you in with Steam. Our two game backends receive the link and role information needed for this feature. We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone else.

Where it is processed

This service runs on Railway, region sfo (United States). The providers above process data in their own regions under their own policies.

How long we keep it

Your data stays until you delete it or ask us to. Delete my data on your page removes your account row, your posts and their text, your claim, your Discord link, your game link and your sessions, and removes your handle from the audit log and winner lists. A scrambled tag with the post id stays so a deleted post cannot be submitted again; it holds no handle. Your creator code is withdrawn and never reused. If a post is deleted on X, or you ask us to remove its text, write to us and we remove it within 24 hours. We do not refresh stored post text on a schedule; it is read when you submit and once when a round is finalized.

Your choices

You can unlink Discord, delete your data, or withdraw consent (delete your data) at any time on your page. You can also write to info@voxmons.com and ask what we hold or ask us to remove it.
